What Style of Yoga is Best for You?

Riley Tarnol

At YogaKoh, we firmly believe in listening to your body and tailoring your yoga practice to fit your personal needs. And while we only offer Vinyasa Flow teacher trainings, we practice all styles of yoga!

Different styles of yoga may suit your body on different days. Perhaps you wake up sore and groggy – a relaxing Yin class would feel more manageable and fulfilling than an upbeat Vinyasa class. The ultimate goal of yoga is to walk away feeling in tune with your mind and body.

We’ve created a quiz for you to take when you find yourself unsure of which style to practice; remember to take a moment to check in with yourself and how you are feeling in your body today! Have fun, and keep practicing!
