Happy January – the perfect moment for reflection on your 2024! At YogaKoh, we had a fantastic year: four epic 200hr YTTS, advanced and specialized trainings, the launch of RetreatKoh, and so many new faces in our koh-mmunity! We treasure the amazing memories and friendships, and are beyond grateful for the love and adventures 2024 brought us.
January is the time to celebrate your successes and figure out how to continue growing in 2025. What did you love about this year? What did you learn this year and how can you bring those lessons into your future? How can you make 2025 even better than 2024? These are all important questions to ask yourself!
When looking back on our year and planning for what’s ahead, we’ve decided to share how we are manifesting our dream 2025. We know – sometimes manifesting gets a witchy rep. But it’s not all about crystals and chanting under the new moon. Manifestation can have so many different forms and we want to share a few methods we’re loving to help you create your best year yet!
Let’s make 2025 a year full of love, laughter, career and personal successes!
To start, let’s set some intentions for 2025 – they can be specific or as general as you’d like. Here are a few ideas to help get you started:
I will visit a new country in 2025. I will live in the moment in 2025. I will make new friends in 2025. I will develop a skin care routine in 2025. I will get a promotion in 2025. I will move my body more in 2025. I will start my own small business in 2025.
No intention is too big or small to note! The most important part of this exercise is using “I will” statements, instead of “I want to” statements. This creates a sense that these aren’t lofty goals, but real changes that will happen in your life.
Our next suggestion seems small but will make a big difference! Write down your ideas and dreams. A dream taken from your brain to a piece of paper becomes a goal. And with your goals written out, they become more manageable and realistic. Now that they are on the page for you to see, what steps can you begin taking to make them happen? We suggest writing these steps as a checklist. Maybe writing the checklist is your first step already completed!
This method of manifestation is a bit more on the creative side: create a mood board for 2025! Your mood board can be a physical print, cut, and paste scrapbooking activity, or it can be a digital Pinterest board or Canva creation. Whichever route you take, be sure to choose photos, doodles, words, and colors that are symbolic of the year you want to live. Maybe it's destinations and outfits, or maybe its seasons and artwork – whatever you want your 2025 to be!
A daily meditation or yoga practice are great ways to manifest a healthy, balanced, and mindful 2025. These habits can be done with intention at the start of the new year or can be added into your daily routine for consistency! In your meditation, practice finding stillness and silence in your mind – maybe you stop here and enjoy the silence, maybe you start to envision your dream life for yourself.

Remember no dream is too big or small to transform into your reality. With a little manifestation, hard work, and most importantly, balance, you can change your own life! You are strong, you are capable, and 2025 is going to be your best year yet – we just know it!
