Join YogaKoh & Dancing Spirit Ranch for a 5-night/6-day retreat in the Rocky Mountains of Northwest Montana. Each day will start with an invigorating yoga practice led by internationally-known Jolie Manza. The morning sessions are designed to get your heart pumping, breath moving, and mind clear, as well as preparing the body for the activities of the day ahead! The ranch has a variety of buildings that create a unique Western Village, perfect to house your adventurous escape. There are a variety of room types to nestle up in, all adorned with antique furniture and Pendleton blankets to create the perfect rustic touch for your Montana experience.
